Ericsson-LG iPECS

At Nine-One-One we back our Ericsson-LG Dealers with full technical support for all iPECS products, as well as assisting with IP networking issues, carrier problems and if required, escalation to the manufacturer.

All of our dealers are given comprehensive training and tested before being allowed to sell iPECS products. This ensures that the person installing your new phone system has all the required knowlege to perform a successful installation. The support services offered to our iPECS dealers are as follows:

  • Programming assistance
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Remote Support
  • On-Site Assistance
  • Cloud Access for all materials, software and documentation

If you need assistance with your VTech/Snom, Boom Collaboration, Cetis products or anything else you bought from us please contact your sales rep. If we are unable to assist we will put you in touch with somebody that can.

 

 

End User Support

Unfortunatley we do not offer support to end-users as we are a DISTRIBUTOR and provide products through our dealer channel. If you are experiencing problems or issues with your iPECS system, please contact the company that installed/maintains your system. If you don't know who that is please contact us and we will put you in touch with someone that can assist you.
