Please note that not all applications are compatible with premise-based systems, as some are exclusively designed for Ericsson-LG’s Cloud offerings. Since the Cloud product is not available in Canada, our website features only premise-based applications. Applications are considered add-ons and, except for UCS clients and ClickCall licenses included with the systems, are not part of the base system pricing. Additionally, some applications, such as CCX, may require significant planning and additional training. If you’re interested in any applications, please consult with your sales representative before discussing them with your client.
