THE RMA PROCESS

In the unlikely event that you have received something and it fails to work correctly and you would like it repaired or replaced. You first need to complete the RMA form (Found in DOWNLOADS menu) and then call us for an RMA number.

We will then determine if the equipment is still under warranty and/or issue a replacement part.

We will not receive items without the proper RMA number and completed forms.
